JOB DESCRIPTION


Account

  • Manage full set of accounts

  • Perform day-to-day financial transactions on accounts payable and receivable, banking,
    etc.
  • Perform compliance check on transactions
  • Prepared monthly Bank Reconciliations and posting of journal entries
    Issue of invoice and credit notes
  • Oversee invoice processing, ensuring all invoices are paid correctly and promptly
  • Work closely with relevant vendors and suppliers whenever required
  • Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliations and depreciation journals
  • Managed petty cash book and cash disbursements
  • Verified of OT claims, monthly incentive and allowance payout
  • Prepared payroll functions to ensure that employees are paid in timely and accurate
    manner, overtime computations and time sheet verifications
  • In charge of stock take
  • Performed analysis and interpretation of financial results and performance of the
    company
  • Preparation of monthly P&L and annual Financial reports.


  • REQUIREMENT
  • Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration and above
  • Min 2 years’ relevant working experience in Account/HR/Admin Diploma
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Independent, Good communication, organisational skills and with multi-tasking abilities
  • Meticulous and sharp attention to details
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
