Our Shanghai office is located in the Xintiandi district and we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team!Responsibilities and Duties
- Establish and maintain solid external relationships with partners, exchanges and regulators in China
- Act as a consultant regarding all aspects related to Finance, Legal and Compliance.
- Assisting Finance team with ad-hoc projects as required
- Work on both IT infrastructure, as well as commercial terms and solutions
- Further business development opportunities as they arise
- Various ad hoc business structural projects
- Ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and key decision-makers
- Deal with limited number of investors, join presentation of performance figures
- Work with partner firm in running asset management, including resolution of regular operational challenges
- Mentoring and training of an administrative assistant
What you offer
- At least 5 years working experience in business development in China stock / futures / commodities markets
- Good knowledge of operational and regulatory requirements in China
- Good understanding of business operations
- Interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin)
