Roles & Responsibilities
1. Planning and Continue to optimize the talent development projects in various professional fields of the Tencent Interactive Game Business Group, and be responsible for the design and development of courses and lecturer systems and project implementation
2. In-depth understanding of business strategies and business trends, active mining, internal and external benchmarking research, analysis and training Design and implement key/key talent development projects
3. Research on underlying theories related to learning and development and business benchmarking practice cases.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above more than 3 years of HR related work experience
2. Agree with the company culture, have a deep interest in talent development, and volunteer in the direction of talent development
3. Possess excellent communication skills and influence, ability to withstand pressure and cross-team project management capabilities, integration of internal and external resources, and rapid learning and research capabilities
4. To have excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, consulting background or experience in training and management of large Internet companies is preferred..
