Minimum 5 years experience in the top FMCG companies / modern trade/beverage and food.
Achieve volume plan by selling all accounts on your assigned route per identified schedule.
Ensure Distribution &execution of the entire product portfolio.
Ensuring prompt deliveries & manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability in assigned retail outlets.
Need to be KPI focussed
Ability to drive change with the team to deliver on execution and numeric targets
Must have good negotiation and communication skills with customers
Ability to read reports, utilize data to support the decision making process
Place of posting can be anywhere across Oman as this is a sales role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RO389.000 - RO700.000 per month
