Accounts Payable is a part of Nordic Cash Management, serving internal customers round the Nordics and Europe.
About the role
In this role, you will work closely with our internal customers everywhere at If, constantly building networks and finding better ways of working together with them.
- Identifying needs for training and providing it for different stakeholders outside and within the team.
- Working closely with your colleagues in Accounts Payable, together looking for ways to improve our internal processes around supplier invoices.
- You will be developing our reporting and analytics, so we can provide insight to business and highlight the needs for improvement and instructions.
- Developing processes to fulfil future regulations related to electronic business and tax regulations.
- You will also participate in different system development projects together with our System Specialist, gathering requirements and testing.

About the team
With us, you will be a part of an experienced team of Accounts Payable professionals. Our team is a part of Nordic Cash Management and your colleagues will be located in Turku and Espoo. Our daily work is truly versatile, we reach across business areas and country borders. We put our hearts into helping our colleagues in all If units with administrative work, so that they can focus on helping our end customers. As a part of the Finance community, our job is to build and maintain trust by ensuring that purchase invoices are handled in an efficient way, according to our internal policies, sustainability targets and legislation.
Who are you?
You are a self-driven person with a proactive attitude, and you challenge yourself to grow, but understand the value of routine work as well. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are valuable in this work. You like reporting and analytics and have a genuine interest in developing yourself in that area. We have interesting projects ahead during the next few years, and experience in project work, VAT or system testing will be valuable in this job. We appreciate also if you have experience of providing training and webinars. With a curious mind and strong team spirit you look forward to joining us in creating activities that make a difference.
You also have:
- A relevant academic or university degree
- Fluency in English, Swedish or other Nordic language is an advantage
