About the Role.

This role are responsible for creating new business opportunities by setting up appointments with potential clients. By providing professional and courteous customer service, you pave the way for a positive customer experience and help to build relationships between VEALTHME and the clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Familiarize with the products and services offered by the company
  • Research potential clients and generate leads
  • Contact potential clients via cold calling, email or social media
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs
  • Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process

About You.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate services or products to prospects
  • Advanced negotiation skills to persuade potential clients to schedule an appointment
  • Persistence and resilience to deal with rejection
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with various types of personalities
  • Professionalism and courteousness to create a positive customer experience
  • Computer literacy for research and data entry

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, New-Grad

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
