Job Descriptions:
Talent Acquisition:
- Responsible for the talent acquisition of the Company by performing the full cycle of the selection and hiring process.
- Have a good understanding of jobs under your care and develop a strong and updated talent database.
- Identify potential candidates through screening and interviewing of applicants.
- Arrange interviews and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers on the outcome of the interview.
- Conduct and complete job applicant reference checks and other pre-employment procedures.
HR Function:
- Processing / managing work pass application / renewal and liaise with MOM for work pass related issues.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining database in HR system.
- Administrative task such as issuing certification letters, handling confirmation letters, maintaining vendor relationships, conducting MOM surveys, managing attendance and etc.
- Other duties as and when assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in HR or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B industry
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
