Job Descriptions:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Responsible for the talent acquisition of the Company by performing the full cycle of the selection and hiring process.
  • Have a good understanding of jobs under your care and develop a strong and updated talent database.
  • Identify potential candidates through screening and interviewing of applicants.
  • Arrange interviews and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers on the outcome of the interview.
  • Conduct and complete job applicant reference checks and other pre-employment procedures.

HR Function:

  • Processing / managing work pass application / renewal and liaise with MOM for work pass related issues.
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining database in HR system.
  • Administrative task such as issuing certification letters, handling confirmation letters, maintaining vendor relationships, conducting MOM surveys, managing attendance and etc.
  • Other duties as and when assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in HR or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B industry
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

  • Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 25% (Preferred)
