通过对指定药店的拜访,落实药店中的基础助销工作,促进公司产品的销售。

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities:(概括关键职责及每项职责所要达成的结果 primary deliverables of roles)

负责对所辖指定药店客户的维护,通过落实拜访六步骤,达成对药店的管理目标。这些工作包括,但不限于:产品分销、理货陈列、门店库存、符合国家要求的建议零售价、助销提示物POSM的陈列、门店促销、店员教育、市场推广活动等。 遵循固定的拜访路线,有效完成每日的拜访计划。如因特殊原因需临时改变拜访计划,应及时通知主管,在获得批准后调整拜访计划。 门店拜访过程中,真实准确且及时完成手机SFA系统的输入。 处理和反馈所辖客户的问题,为客户提供良好的售后服务。 收集所辖客户信息、竞争对手信息并及时向主管进行反馈。 按时且保证质量的完成公司要求的各项报表,提供准确、真实的数据。 对终端价格进行及时监控,发现问题及时解决并上报。 遵守Haleon各项业务指南、政策、准则,以及财务和销售管理制度、流程,按照要求完成工作任务,并确保公司各项资源的使用符合规定。 完成主管指派的其它临时性工作。
