The main purpose of the Talent Sourcing Officer is to pro-actively identify and attract top talent across multiple business areas, by designing innovative talent sourcing strategies to targeting key talent pools and generate pipeline for current and future roles.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Support the team by sourcing candidates with a specific technology or with specific skills to build talent pipelines using social media and online sourcing techniques.
- Maintain database & records for future reference and reporting.
- Source active and passive candidates leveraging available tools including candidate database, internet based tools (including social media channels) to maximize ROI for staffing investments.
- Support TA department in administrative tasks like production of sourcing reports, metrics, figure analysis or KPI measurement.
- Ensure all status reports are delivered complete and on time.
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities like relationships with schools and training centers.
