Dishwasher/Busser [Canada]


 

```Duties```
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Clean tables, remove dirty dishes, and reset tables for the next guests
- Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Sweep and mop floors to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations when handling food

```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or busser preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work well as part of a team and take direction from supervisors
- Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
