HR and Admin Executive [Malaysia]


 

Job Description:

- Reporting to Head of Finance, HR & Admin

- Handling HR function including HR development, Performance Appraisal, recruitment and retention.

- In charge of foreign worker's affair and administration.

- Daily office administration works, payroll and other HR activities.

- willing and able to handle ad-hoc assignment by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in HRM, or in any related field.

- Familiar with Malaysia's Employment Act and current prevailing HR practices.

- Minimum 3 years working experience in the relevant field.

- Computer literate.

- Fluent, both spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.

- Good communication and interpersonal skill with pleasant personality.

- Ability to work independently and willing to carry out multi-task and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
