About the Sales Advisor (Luxury Retail) Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our prestigious luxury brand. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Your passion for luxury products, extensive knowledge of the brand, and excellent communication skills will be essential in providing an unparalleled shopping experience for our discerning clientele.

Responsibilities:- Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to all customers, delivering a personalised and luxurious shopping experience
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the brand, its heritage, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients and showcase the unique qualities of our luxury products
- Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate products to meet their preferences and lifestyle
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, follow-ups, and personalised attention, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction
- CRM Utilisation: Utilise customer relationship management tools effectively to record and track customer interactions, preferences, and purchase history for personalised service and targeted marketing initiatives
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of relevant retail sales or customer service experience, preferably within the luxury or high-end fashion industry
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm for luxury products, fashion trends, and the ability to articulate the unique value proposition of the brand
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create lasting relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver exceptional service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening, persuasive selling, and the ability to adapt communication style to diverse customer profiles
